Kawahara-yaki is okonomiyaki cooked using the Hiroshima-style method.Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is made by cooking a wheat flour batter into a crepe-like shape, then piling on cabbage, bean sprouts, pork, and yakisoba noodles, topping it with a thinly cooked egg, and steaming it.We source our sauce from Hiroshima, so please enjoy this flavor that you rarely get to taste in Okinawa.

In the Kinki region, it is common to add green onions, but in our restaurant we use white onions so that you can enjoy the onion aroma even more.The baking method has also been changed; instead of mixing the ingredients into the batter, they are baked in a thin layer of batter.This makes the onion flavor stand out even more.The flavor of the green onions will be weak if you use sauce, so I seasoned it with dashi soy sauce.
